Services offered by Rendez-vous Mont-Tremblant

The services offered by the operator to the participating homeowners are as follows:

The treatment of all reservations, marketing, management of all rents, payment of all expenses and other payables related to the rental units and clients services.
Producing a monthly statement of the revenues of the property to each owner within fifteen (15) days following the month-end, as well as the net revenue distribution for the unit in question.
Housekeeping services and regular inspection of the units and report of its condition to the owner.
Establishing rental rates in regards to the market and seasons.
