The services offered by the operator to the participating homeowners are as follows:
- The treatment of all reservations, marketing, management of all rents, payment of all expenses and other payables related to the rental units and clients services.
- Producing a monthly statement of the revenues of the property to each owner within fifteen (15) days following the month-end, as well as the net revenue distribution for the unit in question.
